We work with a network of architects, structural engineers, party wall and quantity surveyors and planning supervisors and are able to guide you through the construction process from start to finish. We have a wealth of experience in side returns and rear extensions are experienced in underpinning and structural repairs, major structural steel work, raising and lowering existing floor levels, removing load bearing walls and period restorations.

Polish Building Construction offer a bespoke cabinet making service. Electrical Work
Polish Building Construction’s qualified electricians can help you with all electrical work including installation, rewiring, maintenance, certification, heating, fire and burglar alarms, CCTV, light fixtures, switches and sockets. As registered NICEIC electricians we work to the highest safety standards and meet all current regulations and comply with the health and safety standards.
Tiling
Polish Building Construction’s professional tilers are experienced in the laying of ceramic, glass, marble, stone, porcelain, terracotta and mosaic tiles. We offer a complete service, from removal of old tiles, to preparing walls and floors for tiling (boarding, skimming and self levelling). We only use quality materials and offer a very high standard of worksmanship. We are able to recommend the best options for your space and have trusted suppliers of tiles that are able to offer very reasonable prices.
Flooring
A well laid floor can really make a room and PBC are experts in fitting solid or engineered hardwood and laminate floors. We source only the finest timber from suppliers with accreditation from the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). We take care of all sub floor preparation including plywood, screeding and damp proof membranes and will offer advice on after-care to maintain the look of your newly fitted wood floor. We are also specialists in wooden floor restoration and are happy to restore your wooden floor to its original beauty. PBC also lay polished concrete flooring, offering a durable, stylish finish to any room.
New Builds
Our builders are registered with the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) ensuring the highest quality of work. We are expert in new build houses and outbuildings. We work with a network of architects, structural engineers, party wall and quantity surveyors and planning supervisors and are able to guide you through the construction process from start to finish, but are equally happy to work alongside your chosen professionals. Patio Doors
From the classic French door to modern bi-folding doors, PBC can supply and fit patio doors providing the perfect solution to additional light in your room and uninterrupted views over your garden. Our doors are very competitively priced and are available in timber, uPVC or Aluminium and come with a 10 year guarantee.
Central Heating
From a complete central heating system installation to repairing a combi boiler, or providing landlord gas safety certificates, PBC plumbers are on hand to help. We are registered with Gas Safe and NICEIC and are fully insured and comply to all health and safety standards. We only use quality, energy saving combi or megaflow systems from top UK manufacturers such as Vaillant and Worcester Bosch. We also install and maintain solar panel and underfloor heating.
Joinery
Our skilled craftsmen use the finest quality materials, fixtures and fittings. We source only the finest timber from suppliers with accreditation from the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). From classic to contemporary, hand painted or in natural wood finish, PBC deliver quality interior or exterior doors, windows, skirting, architraves, wall paneling, wine cellars and sauna rooms.
